We recently had a romantic escape that was great. The cozy and comfortable room offered a balcony with a breathtaking view of the coast, which was perfect during sunset. Additionally, the pool area was a great spot to relax and enjoy some sun, even more when there was no one around. The location was good, close to many terrific restaurants and a convenience store for snacks.

That the transportation was not good, we had to take a taxi everywhere. Also, the Wi-Fi was slow and spotty, making it difficult to stay connected to the internet.

It was worth its 4 stars. It's perfect place for visiting some must see attractions in Fira. Loved the junior suite we had.

The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, with all the amenities one could ask for, including air conditioning, a mini-bar. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast selection was extensive. The bar offered fantastic drink options, including the best mojitos we've ever had. The swimming pool and leisure facilities were also great. we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Despite the negative reviews, we experienced none of those issues mentioned. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room amenities were excellent.

The hotel facilities were fantastic, offering a pool and a restaurant with amazing food options. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and the daily breakfast was a great addition to my stay. Additionally, the location was perfect, situated in a tranquil area not far from the city center. The parking and transportation services were also available and made getting around the city easy.

Not all staff members spoke fluent English, which could make communication challenging at times.

The view from the room was amazing and the room was spacious with a jacuzzi. The breakfast was delicious and diverse. The hotel was located away from the most touristy areas, providing a quieter location to relax.

The hotel was far from the town center and required a taxi or rental transportation for travel. The staff was not as welcoming as expected and the hotel was overpriced for the experience provided.
